my line manager always passes racial and xenophobic remarks on employees , where can he be reported ?
Q. i one day lost it and told him i was sick of them (white people) , i was given a written warning for this and on the same day when the regional manger came he elevated it to suspension . is this legal ? To be given a warning and then suspension ? i have a hearing tomorrow and very worried that i might not be given a fair hearing.

how to stop worrying about potential job offer?
Q. I had my first interview with HR...went okay...they called for a second interview a week later with regional Sales manager...went great...the next morning HR called me and asked me to take a drug screen the same day...no job offer was given...but i did go take the drug screen. I personally know that the same morning they had a third party do a job verification with my current employer. The position is for a bank. I am, have been, and can't stop worrying about the job i want really bad. I am just worried about the credit check. They didn't say specifically that a credit check would be done...only that a background check, fingerprint, and drug screen would be done. pls give me ur input.

A. they may do a credit check if they do and if you have had problems in the past explain the situation and how it was resolved and see how it goes do you have bad credit explain and say why but try not to worry it will be ok
