In most postal systems express mail refers to an accelerated delivery service for which the customer pays a surcharge and receives faster delivery. Express mail is a service for domestic mail and is governed by a country's own postal administration. Since 1998 the international accelerated delivery services are governed by the EMS Cooperative. Q. If I have one or two whiskeys in the evening, the next day I'm completely relaxed and can focus on my work very easily. I'm a computer programmer and I'm normally very tense and nervous. In the evening after the drink or two I do feel more relaxed during the time the alcohol is in my system. That type of reaction long after the alcohol is out of your system could be a condition of your mind set. Be careful, you dont want your body or your mind to think that the only way to relax is to have a drink. That could be very habit forming. If anything I would think that you have possibly mistaken that relaxed feeling for actual fatigue. Drinking alcohol of any kind will make you dehydrated, and that will lead to a feeling of fatigue. It could be that the tissue was too thin to hold the suture or your tongue played with it too much. Just keep the area clean with the warm salt water rinses. Good luck!
